Shipping Policies and Rates


Shipping is FREE on orders of $149 or more (*Exclusions Apply)
  • We work with the United States Postal Service for all shipments. We offer First Class, Priority, and Express mail services.
    • First class mail is available only on packages weighing 13oz or less.
    • Priority Mail (2-3 Day) is for packages over 13oz. This service is FREE for supplement orders over $149.*
    • Express Mail is usually next business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays), starting from the date your package is shipped, NOT from your order date.
  • Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
  • If you live locally, you can also stop by our office to pick up your order. Choose "In-store pickup" as your shipping option at the Checkout page.
Shipping Fine Print and *Exclusions:
  • We are currently not able to ship to anywhere outside of the United States.
  • Free Shipping is currently not available for Alaska or Hawaii. Standard USPS rates apply to those areas.
  • The Free Shipping minimum of $149 only applies to purchases of nutritional supplements, homeopathic remedies, and other products. Purchases made towards naturopathic appointments, laboratory orders, or the UltraLite program do not qualify toward the minimum.
  • Any returns will have the original shipping savings deducted from the refund, unless the return is due to our error.
  • We reserve the right to change or cancel the Free Shipping service at any time.
When will my order ship?
  • Please see each individual item page for estimated shipping times. Most products ship within 1-2 business days. All packages ship from our North Carolina office.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. You may click the "Review orders/Track packages" link to track the status of your order.
  • If there is an unexpected delay with any part of your order, we will contact you with the details. You always have the option to cancel or change your order at that time.
  • Please note that we are a small office and not a huge warehouse. This means that we are not available to ship on weekends, evenings, or certain holidays. We will do our best to post holiday closings on our Facebook page.
