That's why we're pleased to announce the Lewis Family Simple Rewards Program.
Earn points from every supplement purchase redeemable for
discounts on any future purchase with us--including appointments,
supplements, and any other service or product available at our office or
online store!
This program is free, simple, and a great way to save on your
naturopathic care and nutritional supplements! If you've ever been a
patient or customer at Lewis Family Natural Health or
LewisNaturalStore.com, you are already automatically enrolled in this program.
Here's how it works:
Every
time you earn 500 points, you qualify for a $25 gift certificate that
can be used for any service, supplement, or product at our office or our
online store!
There are several different ways to earn reward points as shown below.
Shop with us
Every
time you purchase a nutritional supplement, vitamin, herbal formula,
homeopathic remedy, skin care product, protein powder, or any other product from us, you will receive 1
point for every $1 spent.* You can make this purchase through our online store, over the phone, or in person at the office.
Your reward points will be automatically deposited into your
account once your order has been picked up or shipped and will be
available for use after 24 hours.
(*Points are calculated by rounding the supplement price to the nearest dollar, and excludes tax or shipping costs. Points are not earned for naturopathic appointments, allergy treatments, laboratory charges, or UltraLite appointments or packets.)
Write a Product Review
People like to hear what others experiences have been
with a product before trying it themselves. We would love for you to
share your opinion with our other customers. We know that it takes
time and effort to write a review. That is why we would like to offer 10 bonus points for every
product review you write!
To add your product review, please go to the product page for
the supplement you wish to review. Scroll to the bottom and click on
either "Write a review" or "Be the first to write a review". Once you
add your review, please send us an email so we can deposit your Simple Rewards into your account.
Please note that offensive or inappropriate reviews will be flagged and removed, and will not be eligible for rewards points.

Earn 10 rewards points
by liking us on Facebook or following us on Twitter. Do both and you
can earn 20 points. Let us know by sending us an email. If you've already liked us or are already following us, just let us know and we will credit your account.
How do I view and use my Simple Rewards points?
All customers and patients that have a registered account with us are automatically enrolled in the Lewis Family Simple Rewards Program. If you have ever been a patient at our office, we have already created an account for you and you are already enrolled.
If you have never shopped with us before, and you wish to create a new account, please click here.
- To
view the Simple Rewards you've earned, simply go to My Simple Rewards
Points. If you aren't already signed in, the system will ask for your
username and password. If you can't remember your username or password, please contact us.
- If
you have less than 500 points, you can see how many points you still
need to redeem your reward. Once you accumulate 500 points, enter the
total amount of points you'd like to redeem in the box. (500 points =
$25)
- When
you're done, a confirmation will be automatically sent to your email
address. You will now have a $25 gift certificate applied to your
account, redeemable the next time you purchase any product or service
from Lewis Family Natural Health.
- You're
now ready to save on your next purchase or appointment. Upon placing
your next order, your available gift certificate amount will be
automatically deducted from the total purchase amount.
