How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  If you just placed an order in the past few minutes and realized you need to make a change:

1. Click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to view orders you have placed.
2. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order.

If it's been any length of time since you first placed your order, just give our office a call at 828-298-4800 to see where we are in the packaging and shipping process and we'll do our best to change your order at that time. We recommend a good old fashioned phone call in this case because an email change might not be seen by us in time to stop your order.

If we've already sent your package, it'll be too late to make any changes. In this case, please refer to our "Returns" policy for more information on how to return an unwanted product.


How do I track my order?
  Click the "Review Orders/Track Packages" link on the "My Account" page to track your order.


How much will shipping cost?
  We work with the United States Postal Service for all shipments. We offer both Priority and Express mail services. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. If you live locally, you can also stop by our office to pick up your order. Choose "In-store pickup" as your shipping option at the Checkout page.

How do I return my product?
  Unopened items may be returned within 60 days of purchase, in the original condition for a full refund or store credit, excluding shipping charges. If the product to be returned was sent due to our error, we will refund the product and the shipping charges. You will need to return the product to us at your expense; please note that we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. Please include your original receipt with your return. We are able to credit you for items once they are received by us, either to the same credit card, as store credit, or as an exchange. Additional shipping costs will apply to all exchanges sent out. Items that have been opened are generally not returnable. Please contact us for additional information.


What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
  Please contact us and let us know the nature of the problem and we'll see what we can do to help make things right. If you received the wrong product or there was damage during shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package. We are not liable for problems that are not reported in a timely fashion.


When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for estimated shipping times. Most products ship within 1-2 business days. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE CLOSED ON FRIDAYS. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. You may click the "Review orders/Track packages" link to track the status of your order. If there is an unexpected delay with any part of your order, we will contact you with the details. You always have the option to cancel or change your order at that time. Please note that we are a small office and not a huge warehouse. This means that we are not available to ship on weekends, evenings, or certain holidays.
